Welcome
Hello everyone,

Things are really cooking here at FinishRich Media as we enter November. I just returned from the National Association of Realtors convention in San Francisco where I announced The Great American Homeowner Challenge, a brand new initiative sponsored by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. The goal of this exciting new venture is to increase the number of first-time, second-home and investment homebuyers as well as help homeowners best manage the equity in their home as an asset they can use to achieve their long-term financial goals (click here for details). This will kick off following the launch of my upcoming book, The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner. I can't wait to share it with you, so stay tuned for more details.

Coming to Canada

Halifax, NS | November 7
Edmonton, AB | November 8
Calgary, AB | November 9
Winnipeg, MB | November 14

Helpful Q&A Podcasts from David

I've recorded a series of questions and answers ranging from homeownership to saving for college education. You will be able to download and listen to these audio podcasts and/or read the transcripts. Here are the questions posed:
  • Is it better to pay off debt before purchasing a home?
  • What really are the best vehicles for saving for a child's college education?
  • My employer doesn't match 401k contributions; should I use a Roth IRA instead?
  • Should I use the 50K from my IRA to pay off 50K in credit card debt?
  • What's going on with Inflation Bond Funds lately?
  • I'm a late starter saving $50/mth automatically, but it’s not growing. Why not?
  • Should I rollover the 401K from my old company to my new one or can I leave it?
  • What’s the best way to pay additional on the principal of my home equity note?
