Did You Catch David on 20/20?

This past Friday, May 19th, David appeared on ABC's 20/20.

Hopefully, you caught this amazing segment. David worked on the ultimate dream makeover with two wonderful families, The Norrises and The Kenyons. Both families went from being renters to homeowners in a matter of months. Both had rented for five years and never thought they could afford to buy a home but with David's coaching, they made their dreams come true. This could be you!

David also worked with 36 year old Mark Ruggiero. Mark lives in Manhattan and earns $50,000 a year. Using the principals David taught him, Mark was able to buy three homes in the last two years - and grow his net worth by over $500,000!

If you missed it on TV, you'll definitely want to read all the details of this motivational segment on the ABC News website, by clicking here.

The degree is just one of many life goals each of these graduates will achieve in their lifetime.

For David's most recent Yahoo! column, he's compiled a list of Five Tips for a Great Life After Graduation. Although written for the graduate, these tips apply to everyone. So if you're open to a dose of inspiration and a reminder to make the most of your precious life, read the entire article by clicking here.

Get a FREE copy of The Automatic Millionaire

Emigrant Direct is now offering to our FinishRich Community, a free autographed copy of the #1 bestseller The Automatic Millionaire when you open the "American Dream Savings Account."

David likes this account because they have no minimum requirements to open an account and they offer one of the highest rates on savings in the country. Right now EmigrantDirect.com is paying 4.5 % on their savings accounts. That's four times the national average! They are the first advertiser FinishRich Media has ever had on its website, and David was so impressed with what they offer, he opened an account himself - all in a matter of minutes online.

A Latte Factor Success Story

We've all got more money than we think. The problem is that we often waste it on small things that we want but don't really need.

As you might have seen on the 20/20 segment last week, your Latte Factor can very well be the difference between being a renter and being a homeowner. As you probably already know, The Latte Factor is a metaphor for how we all spend lots of money on little things - and how we can save ourselves a fortune (maybe even a down payment) if we just start keeping track of where all the money goes and then holding on to some of it.

We hear from so many readers who have discovered their Latte Factor and after making a few changes, are able to save eye-opening amounts of money each month.

Here's an example of a latte factor success story we just received:

Hi David,

After plowing through chapter three of your book, The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner, I decided to take on your Latte Factor challenge. With gas prices on the rise, I began taking the bus to work. Before starting this, I was driving an SUV to work everyday which was costing me about $6 a day to drive to and from work. Now, riding the bus not only has lowered my car insurance, but has saved me over $200 a month! With this extra money I have almost saved enough for a down payment on my second home!

Thanks David for teaching me about the Latte Factor!

Brenda W.
